Take a stroll at Newport Pagnell Walking Festival - - Newport Muster

The Newport Muster Walking Festival is returning again on Saturday in Newport Pagnell.
Walk around the historic town choosing three, six, eight or 15-mile walks for charity, or just for fun.
The charity for this year’s event is Willen Hospice, but walkers can sponsor a different charity.

A prefect day to get all your friends together and go for a walk, prizes are awarded for the best fancy dress walkers, the oldest walker and also the youngest walker.
Walks start at 10am from the United Reform Church and if entered you can walk from anytime onwards. The lastest time for people who want to walk 15 miles is noon.

For health and safety reasons all walkers must return to the checkpoint at the end of the walk.
The shortest of the four routes is the three-mile ‘picnic’ walk which has an estimated time of between 50 minutes and an hour and 20 minutes. The longest, appropriately named ‘the challenge’, is a 15-mile walk taking an estimated five to seven hours to complete.
