Wheaton Aston Right this Way Great Wylrey Health Walk
Time: 2pm
Distance of walk: 5 miles
Meeting Point: St Mary's Church, Wheaton Aston
Explore ancient rights of way around Wheaton Aston and the Dole Fields, finishing up at St Mary's Church for drinks and cakes.

Aqualate Mere with Coven Ramblers
Time: Meeting at 9.45am for a 10am start
Distance of Walk: 5.5 miles
Meeting Point: Aqualate Mere Car Park. Aqualate Mere is 2km east of Newport. By car, access to the reserve is via minor roads from the A518, A519 and A41.
An easy level 5.5 mile circular walk in the Aqualate Mere area taking in the villages. Sutton and Aqualate Mere. With a few stiles on route. For more information please visit www.coven-ramblers.co.uk

Wombourne StrideWalking Image

Distance of walk: 5-6 miles
Meeting Point: Meet on the track in front of the Railway Cafe, the old Bratch Station, Wombourne. Large car park to the rear of the cafe.
A picturesque countryside ramble, we take the disused railway track, country lanes and walk across fields through Trysull to Seisdon, then climb steadily up to Tinkers Castle to walk the ridge, enjoying fine views of three counties. Then we drop down to Trysull and back to the cafe along the road and across fields. Stiles to climb and some road walking.

Midsummer Walk in the Park

A guided walk around the Himley Estate with the senior warden. Explore some of Himleys fascinating history including the ice house, the dogs cemetery and the ancient woodland with the opportunity to visit the Earl of Dudley's memory garden at the end of the walk. Suitable footwear needed. This walk is not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Free event but booking is essential. (Please note there is a small admission charge into the memory garden).
