Arra Mountains & Coum Woods
18 km - 5 / 6 hours - A high level of fitness required - Depart 9.30 a.m.
Tountinna - Millennium Cross
12 km -  3 / 3.5 hours - A good level of fitness required - Depart 10.30 a.m. 

Garrykennedy to Castlelough.
10 km - 2.5 / 3 hours - A moderate level of fitness required - Depart 11.30 a.m.

 Sunday 8th May 
Keeper Hill Circuit - Silvermines Ridge
16 km -  6 / 7 hours - A high level of fitness required -  Depart 9.30 a.m.
Keeper Hill Circuit
14 km  - 4 / 4.5 hours - A moderate level of fitness - Depart 10.30 a.m.
Doonane Woods
6 km  - 2.5 / 3 hours - A moderate level of fitness - Depart 11.30 a.m.
